Allentown Police
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP
Everyday the Allentown Police Department works to better serve our community, and with the help of our residents, we can dramatically improve these efforts. It's an old adage, but "see something, say something" really does have a positive impact. Without it, we waste valuable time not focusing on what may be a serious, if not dangerous, situation. Additionally, reporting suspicious activity in a timely manner is of utmost importance.
I can't stress this enough. Far too many times people have come forward reporting suspicious activity hours or days later. These delays in reporting are often due to residents not wanting to inconvenience the police department. However, I assure you this is absolutely not the case. Remember, an immediate police response, to any potential emergency, can make for a much better outcome.
Lastly, if you have information you'd like to share related to criminal activity in our area, please call 609-259-6300 and ask to speak with an officer. You can call or email Detective Anthony Rando directly with any information that is not time sensitive at arando@allentownboronj.com.
