 Attend on Saturday, October 26th from 9AM to 1PM at the Jumping Brook Country Club. This is located at 210 Jumping Brook Road in Neptune, NJ. Seating is limited. Start registering on September 3rd by calling 732-431-7450. Ask about free respite care so you can attend the event. 

This event is offered annually to unpaid caregivers. Its purpose is to educate and connect caregivers to resources in the community that may be helpful. There is an emphasis on self-care which is vital to a caregiver's longevity and well-being. Sessions include: "Getting Centered", "Wills, Estates, Probate, Power of Attorneys, and More," "Coping with Caregiver Stress," "Long-Term Care Options: How to Pay for In-Home, Assisted Living, & Nursing Home Care," and "Aromatherapy for Caregivers."
