South State, Inc. has been hired to complete the maintenance work on the Historic Streetscape Project- Phase IIB on Church Street. You may recall work on this project was originally completed by Byrd Dog Paving last year.
Work to be completed includes sidewalks and ramps at various locations, including: 14, 23, 31, 53, 59, and 84 Church Street as well as an additional repair at 32 North Main Street. Brick pavers will be reset at 11, 20, 62, 77, and 80 Church Street and 12-32 North Main Street. Asphalt driveways will be restored at 11 Church Street.
Lawn restoration will be restored and regraded at 28, 41, 48, 50, 55, 76, and 60 Church Street. This work is scheduled to start on Thursday, June 12th and is weather dependent.
