
Monmouth County ACTS in My Community to host services at the Allentown Public Library .
Monmouth ACTS in My Community is a new initiative that places representatives from the Monmouth County Department of Human Services (DHS) directly in the offices of local nonprofit organizations and agencies that are spread across the County – meaning help is always nearby. In this case, help is at the Allentown Public Library,
Representatives from the Monmouth County Department of Human Resources will provide help with a variety of assistance programs. These services include SNAP, NJ Family Care, Medicaid and more.
The representatives can provide general information, check applications status, assist with application completion, and connect with referral sources through the Monmouth ACTS Navigation System.
*All services provided on a first come, first serve basis.*
***sessions will be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 10-1 and the 4th Friday from 1-4***
