Join the Allentown Public Library at Media and Information Literacy Crash Course on Friday, April 24th.

The Monmouth County Library’s Allentown Branch will host a Media and Information Literacy Crash Course on Friday, April 24 at 2:00 p.m.

Presented by Olga Polites of Media Literacy Now, this engaging session will explore how information is created, shared, and monetized in today’s digital world. With more information available online than ever before, it can be challenging to determine what is reliable and what may be misleading.

Participants will learn essential skills to help them critically evaluate online media, better understand how digital information spreads, and engage with media responsibly and effectively. The program is designed to help residents become more confident and informed consumers of online content.

The program will take place at the Monmouth County Library, Allentown Branch, located at 16 South Main Street, Allentown, NJ.
