The Housing Plan was endorsed by the Planning Board at their meeting held on Monday, June 2nd.
The Housing Plan was approved by the Planning Board. It will go before the Borough Council at their meeting on Tuesday, June 17th.
BOROUGH OF ALLENTOWN, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH PLANNING BOARD ADOPTION OF HOUSING PLAN ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN OF THE MASTER PLAN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13, the Borough of Allentown Planning Board held a public hearing on June 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Allentown Borough Hall located at 8 North Main Street, Allentown, N.J., 08501 and at the conclusion of the hearing the Board adopted a Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan. The adopted Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan will be available for public inspection at Borough Hall at the clerk’s office during regular business hours.
