The 9/11 Day of Remembrance is on Friday, September 11th starting at 7PM.

Join us for Allentown Borough’s 9/11 Day of Remembrance as we come together to honor the lives lost and recognize the courage, sacrifice, and service of all those affected by September 11, 2001.

This year marks 25 years since that historic day, and our community will gather in remembrance, reflection, and unity.

Event Details:
• Procession begins at 7:00 PM on Allen Drive
• Community members are welcome to join and walk in solidarity at any point along the route
• Memorial Service begins at 7:30 PM at Pete Sensi Park

Together, we remember. Together, we honor. Together, we unite.

We invite all residents, families, first responders, veterans, and community members to participate in this meaningful evening of remembrance as we pay tribute to those we lost and reflect on the strength and resilience that emerged in the wake of tragedy.

North Main Street from Allen Drive to Church Street will be closed to vehicular traffic, while the procession is in progress. Main Street, between Church Street and High Street will be closed from 7:00PM-9:00PM to all vehicular traffic. The parking lot in Pete Sensi Park will be closed to vehicles starting 4PM on Thursday, September 10th through Saturday, September 12th.
