Heads Up, Seniors! Join a free Pedestrian Safety & Fall Prevention Workshop on Friday, September 25th.

Staying active and independent starts with staying safe. Seniors are invited to attend Heads Up! Seniors, a free interactive workshop designed to help older adults prevent falls and safely navigate their communities as both pedestrians and drivers.

Presented by the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey and New Destiny Family Success Center, this informative program will offer practical tips and strategies to help participants stay safe and confident in their daily activities.

Workshop topics include:

  • Strategies to help prevent falls.
  • Safe walking and driving practices for older adults.
  • A home and personal safety checklist to identify and prevent potential hazards.
  • An interactive game that makes learning fun and engaging.

The workshop will be held on Friday, September 25, at 12:00 p.m. at Allentown Borough Hall, 8 North Main Street, Allentown.

Space is limited to 25 participants, and a free lunch will be provided to those who register in advance.
