The New Jersey Department of Transportation has awarded the Borough of Allentown a $190,274 Municipal Aid grant for the Improvements to Mechanic Street and Wilbur Drive. The application submitted originally requested $388,682 in funding, so the scope of the project will need to be amended. A contract to award this work must be completed by November 13, 2026. This application was submitted by Roberts Engineering Group, LLC. Additional updates to be posted.
