LEGAL NOTICЕ PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Allentown, in the County of Monmouth, is offering for sale its Borough-owned real property known as 23 Hamilton Street, Allentown, NJ 08501, and identified on the Tax Map of the Borough as Block 7, Lot 13. The sale will be conducted by open public auction, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13, and the Borough Clerk will receive sealed bids, during business hours, at Borough Hall, 8 North Main Street, Allentown, NJ 08501, with the name, address, and phone number of the bidder, and: "Bid for 23 Hamilton Street" printed on the outside of the otherwise sealed bid envelope on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 10AM. To be considered, bids shall be made in at least the minimum amount of $45,000, with the Borough requiring that the successful bidder submit, together with their bid, a rehabilitation plan for 23 Hamilton Street approved in writing by the owner of the adjoining property at 21 Hamilton Street, and the Borough reserves the right to reject all bids where the highest bid is not accepted. The winning bidder shall receive fee simple title to the aforesaid property "as-is" by deed from the Borough, subject to all existing conditions, restrictions, and encumbrances. Laurie a.
