Allentown has filed a suit against Upper Freehold Planning Board regarding the AEESUF/Stein application.

Fritts, the Allentown Borough Council, Borough professionals and Borough staff are united in our resolute commitment to prevent the Stein warehouses from negatively impacting our greenbelt and shared community we value with our neighbors in Upper Freehold Township. We are prepared to strategically  deploy all necessary resources to achieve the best possible outcome for our community. Alongside our active engagement,  we are encouraged by the progress of pertinent legislation that supports our efforts to halt this project.
